Embracing Different Styles of Change in Our Dynamic Montessori Communities.
Do you ever dream of at least one day or even better one week or one year of status quo? No change. There is a saying, not sure, who to attribute it to, if we don’t change, we don’t grow. The children in our schools change before our eyes, and expecting things not to change is like expecting the sun not to rise. Yikes!
But in various circumstances and as people with different tendencies, we all respond to change differently. Every style of change has both advantages and disadvantages. In this workshop, learn how to better understand the general styles of change, the benefits to each style, and ultimately, how to be more collaborative in our School communities.
Years ago, Margaret did this workshop with her school and felt the information and understanding was so powerful she trained with CRR Global to become a workshop facilitator. Now she is excited to offer you the same experience that continues supporting her leadership.
Venue: the Mildenhall School, Etobicoke, On.
