Montessori Casa Guide Required for late August 2023

Prince Edward Montessori School – Etobicoke (Toronto) Campus is seeking an AMI/MACTE accredited guide for late August 2023.  This is a full time position.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate must possess the following:

*A passionate and keen interest and understanding of the Montessori Pedagogy
*A warm and caring demeanor
*Professional and courteous manners in all interactions with staff, children and families

In addition to the above, as we are a small school, the applicant must be a person who displays the following:

*Flexibility  and ability  to work within a team in a collaborative and respectful manner
*Creativity in thinking and able to take initiative
*Integrity and professionalism at all times and respect for all confidences shared within the school
*Excellent organizational and communication skills

Applicants must also provide the following:

*Current First Aid Certification

*Valid Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Sector Check)

*Current Immunization Record and TB testing

While Montessori teaching experience is preferred, we will consider  new graduates with professional references Salary to be determined
