AIM Montessori Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Montessori Guide to join our team! We are a nurturing, child-centred Montessori environment committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

About the Role:
As a Toddler Montessori Guide, you will lead a classroom of children aged 18 months to 3 years, fostering their development in a prepared Montessori environment. You will guide children through hands-on learning experiences, support their social and emotional growth, and
collaborate with families to ensure a strong home-school connection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain a prepared Montessori environment that encourages independence and exploration.
• Observe and assess children’s development, providing individualized guidance and support.
• Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
• Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic Montessori experience for all students.
• Ensure the classroom environment aligns with AMI/AMS/MACTE Montessori principles.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Accredited Montessori certification (AMI/AMS/MACTE) in Infant & Toddler (0-3).
• Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori setting.
• A deep understanding of child development and the Montessori philosophy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
