Position: Casa Montessori Guide

Job Requirements

• MACTE/AMI Certified
• Experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent English speaking and writing abilities
• French language is an asset
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C certificate

 Job Duties

• The Montessori guide leads the Montessori environment and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a harmonious classroom.
• They prepare and maintain an orderly, attractive, and joyful environment and their job duties range from planning, observing, and presenting the Montessori materials to facilitating the learning process for each child.
• Guides are crucial in modeling courteous and respectful behaviour and contributing to the warm, supportive, and calm atmosphere that is the hallmark of an authentic Montessori environment.

• Schedule:
  8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
